How to book your stay at the Ripa Village

Booking with down payment
To complete the hotel reservation guests must pay a 30% deposit by bank transfer or credit card. In case of cancellation, the cost incurred is equal to the down payment.
If cancellation relates to early booking rates and has been made at least 30 days prior to the expected date of arrival, the amount of the down payment can be converted into a discount coupon to be used for a subsequent reservation.
Booking with card pre-authorization
To complete the hotel reservation guests must provide the details of a credit card to pre-authorize the entire amount of the stay. In case of cancellation within 5 days from the expected date of arrival, no amount will be charged; in case of cancellation after such terms, the entire cost of the stay will be charged to the card.

Rates and down payments
To complete the reservation with a standard rate guests must pay a 30% deposit of the cost of the stay.
To complete the reservation with a Promo or Non-Refundable rate, the amount of the down payment can vary from 30% to 100%, depending on the period requested and the type of accommodation on promotion.
The cancellation cost is equal to the down payment.

Down payment
To complete the reservation of a pitch guests must pay a 30% deposit of the cost of the stay.

For all reservations, the down payment can be made by:
- bank transfer to RIPA S.R.L. IBAN IT36O0306978613100000004036 BIC/SWIFT BCITITMM at Banca Intesa Sanpaolo;
- credit card by online booking or contacting us by mail or telephone providing the card details.

Once the payment has been made, please send us the transfer receipt by fax to 0884-965695 or by mail.
The reason for the payment should bear the following details: surname, booking period, booked type (e.g. Rossi Family, 15-22/06, two-room apartment).
 
Cancellation policy
Cancellation costs vary based on the rates purchased. In general, they are equal to the down payment.
Acceptance of the reservation is subject to the availability of places and is considered completed upon confirmation by the Management.
The final payment will be made upon arrival at check-in in cash, by debit card, Visa and Mastercard credit cards and prepaid cards belonging to the same circuits. Bank checks are not accepted.
